Part 1 of 3, This three-part series is based on the prophecies Jesus gave during the last week of His ministry on earth. Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 contain the the big picture answer to the disciple’s question: “what will be the sign of your coming and the end of the age?” In these chapters, Jesus points his followers to the Book of Daniel in connection to the Abomination of Desolation. When the Book of Daniel is studied carefully one will recognize that it is closely connected to the Book of Revelation. This book was given to John approximately 60 plus years after Jesus’ conversation with His disciples as recorded in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. All of these prophecies are directly linked to each other. This series unpacks a larger picture to show not only the direct connections between Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, Daniel 7, 8, 10-12, and the Book of Revelation but also, and more importantly, this series demonstrates that we are on the threshold of the doorway to the time of the end; the time just preceding the return of Jesus Christ.
