Donation Policy:
We do our best to make our materials available on a donation basis. We have a recommended donation listed, and ask you to prayerfully consider the Biblical principles of tithes, offerings, and a worker being worthy of their hire when you self-assess your ability to help support our work.
If you have been blessed by our ministry, we would ask you to consider partnering with us by giving what you can to help offset those who are able to give less. Because we simply don’t have the funds to give unlimited materials, zero-donation requests are limited to electronic materials, and limited to one item per person.
Please note that all orders for printed copies of books or DVDs will have postage added at checkout. Shipping is from Canada, so international shipping rates will apply for addresses outside of Canada.
All requests for materials must be made by the person requesting. Please do not place an order in the name of another person. We do not think it is ethical for us to send religious materials to someone without their direct request. Thank you for your help in supporting our ministry so that we may continue this work.

Book Shipping Notice: All shipments come from Canada, and are out of our control as soon as they are delivered to the post office. For orders outside of Canada, international shipping charges will be added with your order. We are unable to guarantee shipping times as international customs will delay delivery. If packages are undeliverable as addressed, it is cost prohibitive to have them returned to us (at our expense) and reshipped to you at a different address (at our expense), so undeliverable packages will be marked to be abandoned. We are unable to make a refund for undeliverable items, so please be certain that you have provided a full and complete mailing address. Thank you for understanding.
